Виктор Колчин — это молодой человек из города Ижевска. В свободное от будничных занятий время он ходит по улицам, смотрит на чужую жизнь, делает снимки. Коллеционирует SMS-ски.

Еще Виктор ведет журнал, в котором много странных предложений, от которых в груди начинает что-то тихонько сжиматься, сотканных из не менее странных переживаний. Буквы мерцают, разбегаются и снова сходятся в дрожание символов, гласные и согласные общаются друг с другом на своем диковинном негласном языке. Получаются слова, которые хотят очень много сказать; порой, начав свой разбег, они вдруг замирают, затем снова стремятся: успеть обозначить эмоцию, заложить мягкий вираж, утолить жажду скорости. Чтобы раствориться, не добежав до края строки…
